18 wheeler traffic on French Street and Glad Valley Drive. Can something be done to curb this cut thru? It seems to be especially bad at 6 a.m. .

If it's not in use anymore, could the Faulkner Mills Pump House be demolished? It's filled w/trash & a mattress and is directly across the street from apartment buildings. Thanks for reading.
